Hops, Passionflower and Valerian are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid.

Cautions and Warnings 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption of with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and /or loss of appetite occurs as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diarrhea.

Known Adverse Reactions 

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
