- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency, if you have a liver disorder or if you are taking prescription medications as it may affect the effectiveness of some prescription medications. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner.
- Contra-Indications
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Known Adverse Reactions
- Skin rash resulting from exposure to sunlight has been known to occur in rare cases, if this occurs, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
