Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine (as a demulcent) to help relieve intestinal inflammation and associated symptoms such as abdominal pain andburning sensation in the stomach.
